Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Intelliworkflow learning access purchased by invoice after intake. Informational prices on the website are not charges. Consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected where they are mandatory.

Timeframe for full refund

If you cancel within 14 days of invoice payment and have not accessed more than Module 01 of the enrolled program, you may request a full refund of course fees paid for that program.

Partial refunds

If you have progressed beyond Module 01 but less than 40% of the curriculum (by published module count) within 30 days of access start, we may offer a partial refund of 50% of course fees. Live office hours already used are deducted at €75 per session from any partial refund.

Non-refundable items

• Custom clause sets prepared for Counsel Track cohorts after kickoff
• Third-party exam or certification fees (none currently required)
• Completed cohort seats after the first live session has occurred

Refund process

Email info@intelliworkflow.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method used for the invoice. Bank transfer timelines may vary by your bank.

Cancellation

You may cancel future access at any time; cancellation stops further access but does not automatically create a refund outside the rules above. Cohort date changes requested at least seven days before kickoff are handled as reschedules rather than refunds when seats remain available.

Exceptions

We may issue goodwill refunds for documented technical failures that prevent access for more than seven consecutive days after you notify us. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution.
