I used Module 03’s compensation checklist before a Friday call. The structure held; I still needed outside counsel for the litigation angle, which the FAQ had already flagged.

Flagship course
A practical review method for employment consultations in Germany. You will annotate real clause patterns, draft client-facing notes, and practice naming limits before anyone asks for a prediction.
Individual access through the Review Studio path is listed at €640. Cohort pricing appears on the pricing page. Fees are informational only—no checkout on this site.
Eleven hours total, designed to fit between live consultations rather than as a weekend binge.
How employment consultations frame post-contractual restraints, and what “review” means when you are not acting as counsel of record.
Annotation drills on overbroad geography and activity lists that clients often overlook in first reads.
Read how payment wording and garden leave periods change the conversation in a consultation.
Draft, compare, and revise a briefing note using instructor models from mid-sized German employers.
Practice naming what the course cannot decide—including litigation strategy and individualized enforceability opinions.
Lena designed Intelliworkflow’s clause-review curriculum after years briefing HR partners in northern Germany. She teaches annotation discipline and memo clarity; she does not provide court representation through this site.
No. The course trains consultation and review skills. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not decide enforceability for a specific dispute.
Helpful, but not required. We provide sample clauses. Learners who bring their own text get more from the memo studio—after redacting personal data.
We do not cover court pleading strategy, collective bargaining overlays in every sector, or cross-border enforcement outside Germany. Those topics require specialist counsel beyond this curriculum.
Review Studio learners book two live slots within their access window. Sessions focus on memo feedback, not on drafting employment contracts from scratch.

Clearer than the webinars I tried last year. The memo studio felt demanding—in a useful way.
